Have we got coroborating evidence for this? For any report you need two sources at least. The fact that you work for a group that is odious is not evidence enough.

You are absolutely right in principle as long as we are dealing in the context of the respect of the rule of low. There is no respect for a minimum of respect for the rights of citizen in our country today let alone the respect for and application of the rule of law. Nevertheless I only posted the name of this man when I received a third message in different presentation from three contacts two from Iran. Let us not forget that the crimes of the regime are accelerating and the regime has blocked all open means of debate, independent verification and communication. The bulk of the information they share are blatant lies. There is no reaction or response to the families of the disappeared persons until they hand over their mutilated bodied (sometimes covered in cement to hide their atrocities) just before burial. In such a situation we should refuse to turn the other cheek and consider the regime and its agents as innocent until proven guilty!!

Their guilt is proven several times over to the whole world already. However if and when they produce evidence that this person has had nothing to do with the concentration camp in KAHRIZAK I would gladly withdraw my accusation in the same space and apologize for my mistake. I would rather make a mistake than let a murderer and torturer not to be identified.
